Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRWD1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LRWD1 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher LRWD1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRWD1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM and LSCC show a favorable association.

HNSC, GBM, and LSCC are the cancer types where LRWD1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
