LRWD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRWD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,700 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRWD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BAZ1B, DNAJC2, and SMARCA5. Each is linked with LRWD1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRWD1-to-partner and partner-to-LRWD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRWD1 versus BAZ1B in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRWD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRWD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
