LRWD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRWD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRWD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERPINB3, TBX5, and TEKT3. Each is linked with LRWD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRWD1-to-partner and partner-to-LRWD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SERPINB3 grouped by LRWD1-low versus LRWD1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRWD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRWD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
