Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRTOMT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,885 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRTOMT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUMA1, CCAR1, and CTPS2. Each is linked with LRTOMT in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRTOMT-to-partner and partner-to-LRTOMT results are reported.
