LRTM2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRTM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,515 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRTM2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PCLO_S906, CHGA, and ANK2_S1500. Each is linked with LRTM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRTM2-to-partner and partner-to-LRTM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRTM2 versus PCLO_S906 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRTM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRTM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
