Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRTM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 436 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRTM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYNGR1, CACNA1I, and CHGA. Each is linked with LRTM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRTM2-to-partner and partner-to-LRTM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRTM2 versus SYNGR1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRTM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRTM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
