LRTM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRTM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 313 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRTM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS31P1, MIR425, and RNY1P10. Each is linked with LRTM2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRTM2-to-partner and partner-to-LRTM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPS31P1 grouped by LRTM2-low versus LRTM2-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRTM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRTM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
