Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRTM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,291 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRTM2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of actin filament-based movement, Axoneme assembly, and Alpha-beta T cell activation. Each is linked with LRTM2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRTM2-to-partner and partner-to-LRTM2 results are reported.
