LRTM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRTM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRTM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5M11, MYH2, and OR10Q1. Each is linked with LRTM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRTM2-to-partner and partner-to-LRTM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR5M11 grouped by LRTM2-low versus LRTM2-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRTM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRTM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
