LRTM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRTM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,100 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRTM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP21-1, CCM2L, and SSBP1. Each is linked with LRTM1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRTM1-to-partner and partner-to-LRTM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP21-1 grouped by LRTM1-low versus LRTM1-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRTM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRTM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
