LRSAM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRSAM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,967 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRSAM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEC16A, AJM1, and FBXW5. Each is linked with LRSAM1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRSAM1-to-partner and partner-to-LRSAM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRSAM1 versus SEC16A in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRSAM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRSAM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
