Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRSAM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,156 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRSAM1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Obsolete regulation of histone methylation, Obsolete ncRNA export from nucleus, and Viral budding. Each is linked with LRSAM1 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRSAM1-to-partner and partner-to-LRSAM1 results are reported.
