Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRSAM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,635 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRSAM1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of xenophagy, Positive regulation of autophagosome assembly, and Positive regulation of vacuole organization. Each is linked with LRSAM1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRSAM1-to-partner and partner-to-LRSAM1 results are reported.
