Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRSAM1 mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRSAM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLK_6522, kb NB 142-70, and ETP-45835. Each is linked with LRSAM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRSAM1-to-partner and partner-to-LRSAM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PLK_6522 grouped by LRSAM1-low versus LRSAM1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
