LRRTM3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRTM3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,158 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRTM3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCAM1, PPP1R12B, and SARM1. Each is linked with LRRTM3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRTM3-to-partner and partner-to-LRRTM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRTM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRTM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
