LRRN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRN3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,613 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCM5, SNX18P23, and GBP5. Each is linked with LRRN3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRN3-to-partner and partner-to-LRRN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MCM5 grouped by LRRN3-low versus LRRN3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
