Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRN3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,763 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRN3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi vesicle transport, Post-Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, and Regulation of microtubule-based process. Each is linked with LRRN3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRN3-to-partner and partner-to-LRRN3 results are reported.
