LRRN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,882 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAGEE1, DCHS1, and TUB. Each is linked with LRRN2 in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRN2-to-partner and partner-to-LRRN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRN2 versus MAGEE1 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
