LRRN2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRN2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,517 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRN2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HDGFL3, MYEF2, and CDH1. Each is linked with LRRN2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRN2-to-partner and partner-to-LRRN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRN2 versus HDGFL3 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
