LRRN2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRN2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 272 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GZMB, MYLK2, and SLC25A14. Each is linked with LRRN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRN2-to-partner and partner-to-LRRN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRN2 versus GZMB in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.79.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
