LRRN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,650 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHEK1, LSM12, and DCUN1D5. Each is linked with LRRN2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRN2-to-partner and partner-to-LRRN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHEK1 grouped by LRRN2-low versus LRRN2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
