LRRN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOLH1, CST9, and HOXD1. Each is linked with LRRN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRN2-to-partner and partner-to-LRRN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FOLH1 grouped by LRRN2-low versus LRRN2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
