Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRRK2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LRRK2 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 14 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher LRRK2 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRRK2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and OV show a favorable association.

CCRCC, OV, and GBM are the cancer types where LRRK2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
