LRRK2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRK2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,617 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXCR2, JAML, and CLEC4E. Each is linked with LRRK2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRK2-to-partner and partner-to-LRRK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
