LRRK1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,923 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRK1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CSK, ELMO1, and IRF5. Each is linked with LRRK1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRK1-to-partner and partner-to-LRRK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRK1 versus CSK in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
