Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRK1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,536 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRRK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are WAS, LCP2, and CYTIP. Each is linked with LRRK1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRK1-to-partner and partner-to-LRRK1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRK1 versus WAS in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
