LRRK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRK1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 94 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, TFRC, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with LRRK1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRK1-to-partner and partner-to-LRRK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by LRRK1-low versus LRRK1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
