Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,175 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRK1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of fibroblast proliferation, Fibroblast migration, and Interferon-mediated signaling pathway. Each is linked with LRRK1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRK1-to-partner and partner-to-LRRK1 results are reported.
