LRRK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,030 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TLE2, OR9A2, and GAB4. Each is linked with LRRK1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRK1-to-partner and partner-to-LRRK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TLE2 grouped by LRRK1-low versus LRRK1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
