Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRIQ4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,128 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRIQ4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glycosylation, Golgi vesicle transport, and Endosomal transport. Each is linked with LRRIQ4 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRIQ4-to-partner and partner-to-LRRIQ4 results are reported.
