Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRRIQ3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LRRIQ3 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher LRRIQ3 Mutation is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRRIQ3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and UCEC show a favorable association.

SKCM, UCEC, and OV are the cancer types where LRRIQ3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
