LRRIQ3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRIQ3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,187 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRIQ3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GJB6, PSMC3IP, and TTLL7. Each is linked with LRRIQ3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRIQ3-to-partner and partner-to-LRRIQ3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GJB6 grouped by LRRIQ3-low versus LRRIQ3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRIQ3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRIQ3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
