Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRRIQ1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LRRIQ1 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher LRRIQ1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRRIQ1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and SKCM show a favorable association.

LUSC, COAD, and LIHC are the cancer types where LRRIQ1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
