The most reproducible LRRFIP2P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of microtubule-based process, Regulation of pH, and Monosaccharide metabolic process. Each is linked with LRRFIP2P1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRFIP2P1-to-partner and partner-to-LRRFIP2P1 results are reported.
