LRRFIP2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRFIP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,465 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRFIP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYD88, JAML, and TGFBR2. Each is linked with LRRFIP2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRFIP2-to-partner and partner-to-LRRFIP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRFIP2 versus MYD88 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRFIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRFIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
