LRRFIP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRFIP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,123 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRFIP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYO15B, MYO19, and IGKV2OR2-10. Each is linked with LRRFIP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRFIP2-to-partner and partner-to-LRRFIP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MYO15B grouped by LRRFIP2-low versus LRRFIP2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRFIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRFIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
