Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRFIP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRRFIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, mTOR_pS2448, and PDCD4. Each is linked with LRRFIP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRFIP1-to-partner and partner-to-LRRFIP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by LRRFIP1-low versus LRRFIP1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRFIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRFIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
