LRRFIP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRFIP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,492 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRFIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIP12, MYH9, and ARPC2. Each is linked with LRRFIP1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRFIP1-to-partner and partner-to-LRRFIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRFIP1 versus TRIP12 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRFIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRFIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
