LRRCC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRCC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,825 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRCC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GATAD2B, TCEA1, and HSF1. Each is linked with LRRCC1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRCC1-to-partner and partner-to-LRRCC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRCC1 versus GATAD2B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRCC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRCC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
