LRRCC1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRCC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,246 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRCC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FFAR2, CXCL5, and ADGRE3. Each is linked with LRRCC1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRCC1-to-partner and partner-to-LRRCC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRCC1 versus FFAR2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRCC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRCC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
