Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRCC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,702 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRCC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA-templated DNA replication maintenance of fidelity, DNA replication, and Double-strand break repair. Each is linked with LRRCC1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRCC1-to-partner and partner-to-LRRCC1 results are reported.
