Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRCC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 150 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRCC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2T12, IFNG, and RFPL3. Each is linked with LRRCC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRCC1-to-partner and partner-to-LRRCC1 results are reported.
