LRRC9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC9 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC9-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, EGFR_pY1068, and eIF4E. Each is linked with LRRC9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC9-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by LRRC9-low versus LRRC9-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC9→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
