LRRC9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRC9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,486 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC9-associated genes across cancer lineages are HTR2C, PLCB1, and H2BW2. Each is linked with LRRC9 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC9-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC9 versus HTR2C in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC9→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
