LRRC9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRC9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 195 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC9-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR119, NCR1, and OR13C2. Each is linked with LRRC9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC9-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPR119 grouped by LRRC9-low versus LRRC9-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC9→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
