Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC8D RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,536 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible LRRC8D-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZNF326, FER, and MCM2. Each is linked with LRRC8D in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC8D-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC8D results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC8D versus ZNF326 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
