LRRC8D

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LRRC8D protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,280 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC8D-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYOM1, PKDCC, and FBXL7. Each is linked with LRRC8D in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC8D-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC8D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LRRC8D versus MYOM1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.27.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC8D→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC8D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
