LRRC8D

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LRRC8D mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LRRC8D-associated genes across cancer lineages are HRG, DSG1, and KAAG1. Each is linked with LRRC8D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LRRC8D-to-partner and partner-to-LRRC8D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HRG grouped by LRRC8D-low versus LRRC8D-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LRRC8D→partner) and Y-score (partner→LRRC8D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
