Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRRC70 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated LRRC70 data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher LRRC70 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRRC70 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and THCA show a favorable association.
KIRP, KIRC, and THCA are the cancer types where LRRC70 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
