Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, LRRC7 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated LRRC7 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher LRRC7 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated LRRC7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

UCEC, DLBC, and ESCA are the cancer types where LRRC7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
